THE ALLAXCESS AUTO GROUP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The consumer selects a Membership one of six Membership programs that suits their budget. The Membership program has no term or expiration. Type of membership is dependent upon the consumer's desire and finances. The Membership cost is generally equivalent or less than the down payment if the consumer was to obtain traditional vehicle financing.
The Member makes monthly payments that are on average less than actual finance cost. A Member may exchange automobiles as many times as he or she desires for a nominal charge.
Historically, 60% of all Members upgrade their Memberships. Memberships are not prorated when upgraded. A Member is only required to pay a portion of the cost of the upgraded Membership. For example, if a Member upgrades from an Economy Membership to a Silver Membership the Member is required to pay a transfer fee, and the difference between their original membership deposit and the new one required for the new membership.

Allaxcess is engaged primarily in the business of automobile memberships. The company has developed three proprietary methods of providing an automobile experience through what it refers to as the ?Allaxcess Experience.
BUSINESS BACKGROUND
The Company's Auto Club Membership program represents both an evolutionary and revolutionary concept in the history and development of an automotive experience. The Company's target market is immense, fulfilling the needs of upwards of 70% of the United States auto buying public that have either over-extended, limited or derogatory credit. The Company has created and perfected what it refers to as, an Auto Club Membership program. The Auto Club Membership program is structured to give the consumer exactly what they "want". In short, the Auto Club Membership program enables the member to drive any car in the fleet as long as they pay their monthly membership dues, regardless of credit history.
The Company's Automotive Club Membership program is as unique and revolutionary as the beginnings of vendor leasing in the 1920's, when manufacturers sought to increase sales of their equipment by promoting installment sale contracts that were discounted to banks and finance companies.
The Company spent its first two years conducting extensive marketing research. In its third year the Company began actual operations and perfected it’s business model. The Company’s vision and goal is to provide all individuals the opportunity to experience access to a fleet of cars without the hassles of ownership. This could be an economy, luxury or exotic automobile, regardless of the individuals past credit history or status.
